Tickets
Ticket sales for events at ALEEZE are managed or outsourced by the event organizer or promoter through online services, the organization itself, or other official ticket outlets. Tickets are not sold directly by ALEEZE. For purchasing tickets, please refer to the link to the event organizer provided in our agenda.
It is not always possible to verify the validity of tickets just by looking at them, as they may display the correct logo and security features but still be invalid.
To ensure you receive genuine tickets, we strongly recommend purchasing them only from the official ticket seller.
We do not sell tickets directly and do not hold any tickets in our possession. For ticket inquiries or issues, please contact the official ticket seller from whom you purchased your tickets. If you have ordered hard copy tickets, reach out to the organization where you made the purchase for assistance.
Concerts / Events
The minimum age for events at ALEEZE varies depending on the specific event. Generally, we recommend attendees be 16 years or older. If you are under 16, it is advisable to attend with someone who is 18 or older. Please note that this is a recommendation; for events with specific age restrictions, details will be provided on the event’s page.
Dance events and night parties typically have a minimum age of 18 years.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, updates will be posted on our website. The organizer or promoter will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund, if applicable. Please refer to their guidelines for the necessary steps to request a refund.
No, ALEEZE serves as the venue for events but is generally not involved in their organization, production, or ticket sales. To find out which organizer is responsible for a specific concert, please visit the events page in our agenda.
Location
Yes, directions to ALEEZE are available. You can find detailed instructions on how to reach the venue by car on our directions page
The best place to park when visiting ALEEZE is at the designated parking lot directly in front of the venue. There are ample parking spaces available in the area. However, we advise against parking in the shopping center’s spaces before 9 PM to avoid any restrictions.
Yes, you must be able to show valid identification at the access control when requested, such as a passport, ID card or driver’s license.
Facilities
- Backpacks and/or weekend bags. Handbags are allowed inside if they are no larger than A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm.
- Dangerous objects, including weapons, knives, (flag) sticks, selfie sticks, umbrellas, glass and/or cans
- Food and drink
- Soft and hard drugs and alcohol
- Toxic, highly flammable or highly explosive materials and fireworks
- Skates, bicycles, scooters, skateboards etc.
- Own (folding) chairs/stools
- (domestic) animals
- Go pro devices, professional photo and video and audio recording equipment
- Any other items deemed by ALEEZE management or their representatives as a risk to health, safety, or public order
No, we do not have lockers available. Please plan accordingly and leave valuables at home or securely with a trusted party.
Everyone is welcome at ALEEZE, and we prioritize making the building accessible to all. If you use a wheelchair, you can easily enter the hall through the main entrance. Additionally, ALEEZE offers restroom facilities designed to accommodate disabled persons, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone.
Extra Security Measures
Please note that backpacks and weekend bags are not permitted inside the event. Handbags are allowed, provided they are no larger than A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm. Bag checks and searches may be conducted to ensure safety. The organization strives to minimize wait times, so we kindly ask you to leave bags at home and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Live music is our specialty, and we prioritize your safety by closely monitoring noise levels (measured in “dB”) throughout the show. Sound is continuously measured, and if noise levels exceed the safety standard, immediate action will be taken. You can also contribute to protecting your hearing by taking necessary precautions during the event.
Catering
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside ALEEZE. Please make use of the available food and beverage options within the venue.Visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted to order or consume alcohol. It is essential to carry a valid ID, as we may request it for verification. Purchasing or passing alcohol to individuals under 18 is prohibited; those caught doing so will be denied entry. This policy also applies to visitors who accept alcohol from others.
Other
While it is difficult to prevent photography with mobile phones, please note that official policy prohibits photography at concerts. Selfie sticks, professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses), film, sound recording devices, GoPro cameras, and other image recording equipment are not permitted.
